Re NET interview in Hong Kong

I also looked into this program but decided to give it a miss. You mention you are going for the primary sector (PNET)? I would imagine there will be a lot of little spoiled emperors/empresses to deal with and depending on your classification you may only be getting 20 thousand HKD a month, I also don't know what size apartment you would be able to rent on the allowance, bear in mind it's HK, land is at a premium like Dubai, so rents for a somewhat decent place however shoebox sized could break you, or be in a really bad location.

They advertise often enough, this speaks for itself I think, and I know from past threads that they have particular trouble filling PNET, hence the application requirements are lower than SNET.

I'd be very careful going into this, some people have been messed about with interview dates and notification of whether they have been successful or not.

Ultimately, your call though my man....

cheers and hollandesa lager beers and spag bol...nom nom..

NET interview in Hong Kong

Hi Everyone

I am teaching in Hong Kong at the moment. I have an interview with the government NET program next month for the Primary School sector. Can anyone tell me what questions ( and answers ) might come up during the interview? Ther is also a 30 minute written test as well. Cheers and thanks for your help.

David
