Those who do not qualify then go to places like China with a big mouth everywhere and play "teacher"...A real joke!

Too true, the jobs and the industry is one big joke. They should go back and get a degree and get a job at a public uni in China, and ideally some teaching experience in their own country or elsewhere with professional development and observation.
