Harrow Institute of Linguistics - ESL discussion
Has anyone heard of Harrow Institute of Linguistics. I am considering taking their Online TESOL Certificate and I would also like to know if an Online TEFL/TESOL Certificate is generally recognized. I know there is no Accrediting body but I'm sure some are better than others
