Well, not quite...if you want to earn bigger bucks teaching English, you head to the Arabian gulf.

Let me ask you this, does any [edited] school in SK pay airfare, gratuity, free medical insurance and so on....?

Nah, I'm not a newbie, but everyone has a different opinion about what constitutes "decent". Some might say a "decent" ESL teacher is one who shows up on time, sober. another might say something completely different. Also, do people actually come here to make money? haha. if that is what i wanted, I'd still be in Korea. PS. in korea . "decent esl teacher"= anyone from their list of acceptable countries.
