This place is incredible! I live in Suzhou and though I don't teach there I know many teachers that do. There's two months left in the school year and all are anxious to get the F out. At SFLS it's Horror story after horror story. They treat they're teachers terribly, and I know people who've been ripped off, stolen from, cheated out of what was promised to them by their contract. The school sh'ts on its teachers. I never heard anything about this Kevin everyone talks about, but stay away from this school.

Although there is already tons of horrible reviews/comments about Suzhou Foreign Language School most of them are a bit out of date. The school is as bad as it has ever been, and it is a huge mistake to work there; their track record exemplifies this, as do the many, many comments about the school. I've been in China for 3 years now, and never been treated as poorly as I've been treated at this school. And most teachers feel the same way. They don't adhere to the contract, they intimidate the teachers, and they treat teachers like clowns here to perform for clapping Chinese children. On a daily basis, the students are the worst students I've come across, and the school, being a corrupt private school, puts money before anything else, teaching, teachers, decency, etc. A terrible place to work.
