Police office report!

Most of the children of the higher-ups in the police/local government attend this school for 'free.' The president is a psychotic as'hole who literally gets completely smashed at every formal dinner and attacks the Chinese staff/teachers. He is the one who told foreigners to 'go back to their country,' and he's the guy from where the huge disrespect toward foreigners stems. He is also, partly, responsible for 'buying' the police and local government in case they have any problems. A foreigner who did go to the police station, got laughed out.
