You can get cigars, though I am not sure of the brands. They are not common though, and in smaller places you may not be able to find them. Shanghai will have them somewhere.
They are pretty cheap.

I am moving to China in August, near Shanghai, I like smoking cigars. Are there cigar shops in China where I can buy premium cigars? If not does anyone know if I can have them shipped to me?
