I had two Chinese clerks call them pretending to want to learn ESL and they could barely answer their questions, although in fairness, I had them ask some tough questions too.

1) Do you have any state licensed American teachers and can we see their licenses and their background checks?
2) Can we see their certified transcripts, Z visas, and FEC?
