Normally, you would need to get into contact with FAOs at universities between mid-June and July. Most unis/colleges and their staff seem to be be in holiday now. So, I am not quite sure whether you are perhaps a bit too late.

True. It does seem however that a lot of uni's are still seeking teachers, I'm sure something to my liking will turn up. I would rather not be saddled in a boring, polluted town.
