I remember you referring to dells as a place just to hang out and drink,indeed, there are teachers who would be unemployable in even a job mopping the floors in the back of mcdonalds back home, along with fraudsters, gangsters, perverts, and just the generally lazy and bigoted and ignorant types.

However, there are also caring, educated and friendly individuals who care about the welfare of their students and want to do the best they can to the best of their abilities.

The best way is to work at a public university, plan your lessons well, and continue to develop and hone your teaching over time. Those working a training centre have no interest in that, only money, sickening!"!!!!!
