i figured it out my antivirus system was blocking the new messages so it would say new messages and not show them thank you for replying

To access new messages sent by others -

For example if you see 1 new message at the top of the page,scroll down the page until you see a message highlighted in blue ,with the word 'new' next to it in red letters.Then click on it to access it.

When you send a message yourself you will have to wait a while ,sometimes a few hours ,for the message or review to go through the system.It has to be approved by the moderator first.

Just keep checking until your review appears then click on it as mentioned above.
