PAY: RMB10,000 per month F/T
EXTRAS: RMB5,000 Per 12 Month Contract

CAUTION:

*Pay is before tax - OOPS, there goes your flight ticket payment

*5 days annual leave per year - Not much chance of looking around China or anywhere for that matter.

*Teacher's are assessed by both students and non-teaching qualified staff -

*Chinese English teachers manage to outperform Foreign teachers in online assessments conducted by students with some maintaining a 100% satisfaction score - "hmm interesting - I guess you can please ALL the people ALL the time"

*Teacher Assessment feedback is often vague, negative and non-constructive and sometimes too late.

*Online teacher assessments are "running" assessments "Bad" starts follow you forever. For example if get a bad score e.g 90%. How many scores of 100% do you need before your score becomes close to 100% - kind of like running from a hoard of flesh eating zombies!?!?

*Staff events/Parties etc are conducted entirely in Chinese - Foreign teachers are generally ignored.

*Many students feel cheated by the promises made by the Sales staff and by their apparent abandonment after payment. Teachers are often made the object of the students dissatisfaction.

*Communication is poor all round.

*Equipment for staff is constantly "under repair"

*Teaching material was stolen from another school and mostly rewritten by Chinese staff. Lot's of errors.
