"Has been moved" is correct. Maybe your confusing it with "will be held."

Hello! Please help me check the sentences below:
1. The test has been moved to Thursday, February 23. or
2. The test will be moved to Thursday, February 23.
The test was scheduled on Wednesday, but today I rescheduled it for Thursday. I am making an announcement telling that the test has been moved. Please tell me which sentence is correct. Thanks.
