As in "love it or leave it?" Positive change was never initiated by those who run away. Consider, if you will, that some people are interested in widening the path so that those who follow can traverse it more easily. More over, confrontation and argument can lead to more constructive methods of dealing with negative situations, and if we see these as only steps in the process we will perhaps find that they serve a purpose.
