I believe they should. The country has developed so fast that older teachers in many respects can't keep the pace. Moreover, younger teachers have to pass their Mandarin test while their older counterparts do not necessarily have to. Would you like your son or daughter learn to speak the language poorly?

Oh young Chinese teachers? Sorry, very old and couldnt find my spectacles. Misread it as Western Teachers. As you were, but same thing, make them assistants to mature western teachers to learn their trade. Part of their duties should be to have sex with said mature teacher so western teacher doesn't have to bother his students for sex(so much) I can take one under my wing.
Should young Chinese teachers aged between 22 to 25 straight out of teaching college with no actual teaching experience be allowed to teach students not much younger or older than themselves?
