Shenzhen Job:
According to my personal experience with them, I think that they are a fairly good company. I used their services when I first came to China, and they found me a reasonable job. The pay was reasonable and the housing was ok.I guess you can't expect too much in China. Personally I would give them an eight on a scale of 1 to ten.

avoid an unlicensed agency advertising under varios names: fenny or perlandas or harris
they get all your documents and line up a job, then they hit you for an agency fee at the last moment.
a shady outfit for sure.
