Yes there is a great blacklist of both the dishonest, unlicensed, or unethical schools, as well as the fake/scam agents an recruiters with their photos at: http://www.chinaforeignteachersunion.org/2012/12/china-foreign-teachers-union-posts-esl.html This list appears to be updated monthly and has links to the actual complaints so you know why they are being trashed. I have not seen a better list anywhere for China. They even have the photos with the crooked recruiters posted.

Yes there are two three very good China black lists but one is only for Beijing at www.GlobalBlackList.org and the other has to be requested from the China Foreign Teachers Union at www.ChinaForeignTeachersUnion.org Both lists are 2012 and give reasons why the schools AND scmmy agents/recruiters are listed.
