I don't understand why you thought that hilarious?

If you read Caroline's posts, you will understand she has a toddler and a husband; she is toying with the idea of all of them going to China, or somewhere, to live and teach. I suggested that China, and preferably a private school or English Centre in China, would be a good idea; therefore, 'and do it' speaks for itself, does it not?

I wished her a Gay Christmas; so what is funny about that?
