no worries - ESL discussion

no worries, nobody really cares.

You don't need the green card, it really depends on your length of stay in China.

here, you can go to this website and read all the information about visas and permits:

No, You are not. - ESL discussion

:D going to get deported. I'm into my fifth year in China and I've got exactly the same docs. I personally went to the PSB to renew my resident permit and the officers told me that the green book has been phased out. I've waited three weeks for my resident permit and now I going off for my long awaited vacation. Have fun "Legal Lao Wai". As for me, I'm going to bulldoze my way around China until August 28.

Am I legal? in China - ESL discussion

Hey guys.

I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out. I have a residence permit in my passport and a red book, but no green book. My company said the permit in my passport is the replacement for the green book and totally legal.

Is this so? Or am I just a-waiting deportation?

Thanks.
