It is certainly about time that Chinese universities raised their standards. I only have a B.A. and have self excluded myself from teaching at a university because I don't believe myself to be qualified.
How about middle and elementary school? What changes are talked about there? I work at these levels in China.
On a personal note, how many hours a day did you study Chinese to become fluent Turnoi?
