At the same time, Turnoi was making his judgement of Sun T's comments based on the fact that Sun may have come across as taking everything he said as unchangeable facts. What Turnoi had said about the things which happen in Kenya and Nepal are also factual, and he was making a point that these partnerships involve exploitation which can be true. I would say that it does take two to tango, and that the girl may also be using the guy to get a Western Visa. This type of partnership while not necessarily ethical, cannot be called illegal either in most cases. Just a matter of subjective taste by often two sides that have both been marginalized by the respective societies where they come from.
