Dear everyone,

I just graduated from a TESOL program and am very, very interested in teaching English in Hungary, preferably Budapest or town within an hours drive.

My father was born there and so were my grandparents. I still have cousins there including my grandfather's wife who lives there for half the year. She herself has a son who lives there and he is married with two small children.

Are there any people on this site who have taught in Hungary? What are some of the advantages and disadvantages I might be running in while I am there? What are some good town to work in that are within an hour from Budapest? What are they flats like and how much do they usually cost per month?

Does anyone know the names of any good English schools where I could send resumes into. I have a college diploma, but no BA degree. As I say I am TESOL certified.
