This asking to pay for medical checks up front, send scanned copies, and pay for visa runs to Hong Kong is based around a total lack of respect for the individual and is crummy confucian nonsense at it's worst!!! Why should I pay and do all the leg work to HK to get the Visa, they refused to even refund or offer to refund any part of it.
The individual is treated as much as a beast in this case, a beast of burden, without any rights. Merciless confucianism!!!

Beginning to agree with foxy, cheeky schools wanting you to send your medical results to them to peruse first, and wanting you to pay to get it, the devils bloody cheek, indeed. I hate this crap!!!
I still do not have a job with apartment, so you know I hate to throw out feelers for charity, but I really could use a place (with internet even better!) for a week or so. Hate doing it as I said, but it is save san migs time.
