That happened last year, and while swimming can be annoying in China due to the crowding in the pools, yes he was highly stupid and visible. Also 5,000 rmb a month, did he not have a degree or is he unable to negotiate or something?

Not an exemplary teacher, only on 5,000 rmb a month, yet fined 20,000 rmb and has to leave China. Watch your step in China, control your bad temper, if you have one. That's the lesson given us by the incident described in detail below -
