Is it really worth to have a fight with the FAO over such minor things?

Did I mention I was having a fight, if I did I am sorry and apologize, but no fists have been thrown, nor bottles and chairs. I merely agree with silverboy that utilities should be free, per safea regs. The schools probably have a yearly plan. Sorry Turnoi, but I will stand firm on this, electricity, internet, gas, water, all should be free in a FT's on campus apartment. Nothing personal mind, and good day!!!
