The teachers themselves don't even know how to plan english lessons, chinese teachers I mean. I detest meddling in my class, I just do as I like, as a white teacher you got a lot more clout and leverage, esp with a degree behind you. Once you stand up to them, they shrink, and back down.....lest they have to replace you with someone unsuitable (ie non white!), so you can play on their arrogance and racism, for they believe white equals native speaker....not saying I agree with it, it is just their mentality
