I know personally as a fact that the PSB will not give two shits about you if the owner of some shit training school has made that business big. They would view him/her as a valuable commodity contributing to their local backwater economy. Bribes were most likely given out as well. As for Chinese Police, I will say this: They will blatantly side with the local Chinese over the Foreigner. It makes their jobs easier and they won't have to do as much paperwork. Xenophobia is the order of the day.
