You were lucky to have worked at such a good university which wouldn't be standard. You sound articulate so lucky maybe not a suitable word. Doesn't sound like such a school needs offering from some bod on an Internet forum though, it supplies it's own, as you would expect it to. I believe that this forum should offer advice to the average FT in an average teaching position.
