Australia maybe, but the USA.....safe? I think not. Unwalkable areas at night in Los Angeles, derelict detroit full of crazy homeless, meth addicted folks in the southwest, bombers blowing up marathon runners and injuring and maiming dozens. Cops with attitude with GUNS, Canada is what I call a safe country, or even China where criminals get executed. The USA falls far down the list of safe countries, rule of law or not.
