Drugs are China's nightmare. Chinese blame the use of opium during the 19th century as on of the cuases why the QIng Dynasty weakened. Chna then became began to lose gold and silver bullion to the Europeans. Chinese have a long memory and so I do not think the war on drugs here will be abated any time soon.
