Model for referral fee for connecting to U.S. pathway programs?
I'm not sure I understand. Are you referring to a kickback, payola, taste, mother's milk, vig, interest, pound of flesh, juice.... ?
Apparently you have never been to China. The economy here, including the educational system, is built entirely on 'referral fees'.

ESL Teachers Receiving referral Fees
I am curious if there is a model for ESL teachers to receive a referral fee for connecting students with pathway programs in the U.S. This could certainly offer significant supplemental income to ESL teachers but wondered if there is a history of this and a model for compensation (i.e. $1000 USD per student)?
