Re Why Latin America is so poor and why nations fail?

There are 1000s of RICH Germans descendants in the south of Brazil and other Europeans; why they never made a change for the good of everybody there.

Those rich European and German citizens came after the second world war to Brazil and Latin America as rich tourists and do not owe anything to the locals. The rich German tourists were not running from the Allies/Russian bullets. So far there never was any request of extradition against those rich tourists for crimes against humanity/genocide. So the Brazilian and Latin American never did anything for them.

I was watching pictures of the demonstrations in Brazil. How can they make world cups and a few feet away are so many poor and needy people. Same country Brazil will host the summer olympic games in 2016. That region used to be rich after the second world war with Argentina being a sample of prosperity.
