Still Pension Payment Problems to China, unbelievable!

Dear Ms McDougall,
Going back over a year from now, you'll recall that after I had complained in writing, it was agreed that my pension would be sent to me as one single payment 1 year in arrears annually in GBP towards the end of March.
But it was sent at the end of March 2014 in USD! Unbelievable!
Please check the attachments. They prove that the money was returned from the BOC.
So. you should be able to instigate the TT in GBP from your end without a long delay!
Yours sincerely,
foxy
