Hello,
Instead of using surveymonkey to gather respondents for the survey, it might be a better fit to use a paid service like Survata (https://www.survata.com) to get people online to take them. It will save you a lot of time, and also give you much more targeted and meaningful results.

I'm part of a new cooperative of language teachers and translators in Spain called Cooperativa de Serveis Lingüístics de Barcelona (SLB).
The SLB team carried out a survey of EFL teachers in Barcelona last year. We have used the results of this survey to help build the foundations of our services cooperative - you can find out all about us in our blog (see website). We would now like to extend our survey internationally. We want to find out:
* What average pay and conditions are like world-wide
* What services teachers are missing
* How satisfied EFL teachers are in their jobs
* Levels of discrimination for non-native teachers
