There’s a lot a lackeys that come on this board and slander dissatisfied teachers as being pampered or lazy.

What they are too stupid to realise is that ensuring that employees are treated well is very important and there is far more to it than a pay cheque at the end of the month or a free apartment. Simply treating people with respect can make a huge difference to ensuring that employees are motivated and willing to work hard.
