They usually hire prior to March for the Winter Semester, and prior to September for the Fall Semester, so maybe look into jobs starting in September, there will definitely be jobs in between, but these may be training schools, or summer school programs, and not sure how easy it is to go from a Summer school program to a year long job in China, especially if the first time.
