While I am sure everybody can respect yours, and each others, need to privacy and to go away from the boards, I am curious as to what you mean by the quality of the average post has been decreasing. I know for a fact the mods have not been letting posts through, due to an unfair and biased influence on these boards.
But good luck with your own projects.
This will be my last post on ESL TB (at least for a while).
I've simply got a couple of far more important projects of my own to tackle in my spare time these days (which I will not mention publicly on here in order to protect my privacy), not to mention the fact that my time spent teaching seems to be gradually coming to an end. I was due to start a non-teaching position in Shanghai this month, but a few issues ultimately prevented me from signing up. I have decided to carry on teaching for now, but it is just a temporary fix whilst I get these other things done.
Therefore, I can't afford to waste time on a forum where the quality of the average post has been decreasing for quite a while (Sorry, to be brutally honest!). I wish all current posters that still make high quality contributions to the site, all the best for the future and hope that you can all continue writing entertaining and informative posts like you always have done.
