Sorry, but the people decided, an overwhelming NO. But even so, the wind of change will sweep the UK now, devo max for the northwest england should be next if scotland gets more devolved powers!!!

Completely agree!
I have lots of Scottish friends and they're all YES! voters, hoping they get it. Every country should govern itself... Now would be nice to see China do the same for Tibet! Won't hold my breath for that one, though!
