Re: Re Question for LondonGirl

For those interested in the technicalities of how this thread became two-headed: When a post is deleted by its poster, the replies to this post become "orphans". Since they don't have a "home" where to go in the initial thread because their "parent" post was deleted, they start a new thread on their own.
Just that!

Re: Re Question for LondonGirl

Seems "Turnoi" has blundered once again.

Good job!

Re: Re Question for LondonGirl

I found the initial thread, untouched, at http://www.eslteachersboard.com/cgi-bin/forum/index.pl?read=96260 (in the "View All" mode at http://www.eslteachersboard.com/cgi-bin/forum/index.pl?read=96260;expand=1)

There are two posts by Turnoi from that initial thread that stand alone in a separate thread at http://www.eslteachersboard.com/cgi-bin/forum/index.pl?read=96449;expand=1#m_96449 Maybe he started a second thread with the same title... who knows..... This is where you posted your latest message, and where I am replying to it now. So this "child of a lesser god" thread now has 4 posts. I will let the Mods know about it. Maybe they can bring the 2 posts from Turnoi inside the original thread?

Re: Re Question for LondonGirl

Seeing as how my posts can only be deleted by the mods, I'd suggest it's nothing to do with our humour, seems all of the posts have gone. Which is odd as my original reply and the op wad an honest discussion, until you hijacked it again.
