Advice: Anyone worked for KTC in JAPAN? - Teachers discussion

I just got an offer with KTC or otherwise known as Peppy Kids Club in Japan. Has anyone worked for them before? I would like to know what their reputation is so I can sign the contract or not.
Will greatly appreciate it!
