Re No tuition fees!

So, don't ell me it should be the opposite. A good language institutre at uni can do the same and even a much better job than any funny training centrem, it is high quality education and is free for student because it is publicly funded.

But that is not true for the VAST majority of countries where paying tuition fees is the norm. So unless you're saying that universities like Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, Yale and MIT are a rip-off, you cannot claim that about private schools because they charges tuition/course fees.

And considering your rapidly declining ability to use English, I should hope it's free as I'd hate the thought of students paying to be taught advanced English by somebody with such a weak grasp of it!
