Cambridge is an internationally recognised ESL exam body. Highly reputable and in line with the CEFR, as is IELTS.

Please do expand on your problem with their role in ESL?!

You may as well just admit nothing is good enough for you, despite the fact you are apparently happy to work for a university which accepts bribes from students to pass courses!

And I do not work for a training centre, I work for a private school, such as the ones you extolled the virtues of in Ethiopia... You are completely unable of being consistent, aren't you?!
