Has worked for EF. You will notice the past tense. We use this to show past events or actions.

Says she doesn't like EF. You will notice the present simple tense. We use this to show facts, states and habit. Things that are always true.

Yes I worked for EF, this personal experience is why I do not like EF now.

Now, I realise you are happy to hate places and establishments you have no personal experience of, but I (like most of the world) prefer to actually know what we're talking about.
