Bulgaria has full membership status now, and parts of their citizens come to the Netherlands and Germany as pretend immigrant workers to claim social security benefits for themselves and their families, which the local governments must pay for. Most of these immigrant "workers" are Roma or Sinti from the Bulgaria or other neighbouring countries, and there is a growing concerns that their immigration is too costly for ourt wealthiert nations in the north. It's better to put some pressuie on Bulgaria to do their homework in Bulgaria to provide these people with job options to prevent them from coming here en masse.

On the optimistic side, if they spend a year or three in Germany these Bulgarians can go and teach the Chinese German in Beijing. I'm sure someone in the know like yourself can advise them (for a few bob) where and how they can get themselves legal degrees in German? "prevent them from coming here" could well be construed as racism, dear boy. What part of Germany is your country retreat in exactly?
