As a recruiter in Thailand, I shouldn't and don't knock other recruiters unless I have had personal experience of their services. What I do know of ESL Asia is that they charge teachers for the service of finding them jobs. The jobs are not always there, or are there but with very different conditions from those advertised.

You don't need to pay to get a good job in Thailand. Good teachers are always in demand
