I am doing an action research project on how to improve ESL/EFL students' reading comprehension in a testing situation. I have constructed a survey to help me with my work. You are invited to participate. The survey is specifically for English as a second language learners, their teachers and parents. It is part of an Action Research Project on improving ESL/EFL student achievements on reading comprehension tests. Approximately 1500 people will be asked to complete the survey. It will take less than 5 minutes to do.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. Your opinions are very important to the project.

Your survey responses will be stricly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
