Can you imagine the nation with such a prison for so many educational institutions' people in charge? Don't you think for a minute about those little private centers/schools but about large establishments where much larger amounts of money turn over and a lot bigger lies are sold to millions of misled people. Anyhow, I am not bashing any country here but suggesting the extent of the "scam" that so many schools practice. In China, you may see many private centers or large public schools obtaining permissions or hiring foreign teachers under false pretenses; in the US you notice much of the higher education is business with laundry machines where money is washed. So, this may not have to do as much with the "Congress" but with the large sharks that need to rule the field of education in PRC and that must be profitable in the US where they sell values to the world.

Hopefully, the owners of these shams will end up in jail!
