Zac, I wouldn't use Christopher Columbus - one of the most famed genicidalists in history - as a hero. Perhaps, you meant that the professor was your hero, but the quote of Columbus made that unclear. Please read everything that Mary wrote at this site. I think it might be quite illuminating to you.
