Mary, Anne has never written anything about seeking a way out of China. As someone whose wife is Chinese, I resent the insinuation that this is what chinese women marry foreigners for. My wife and I married for love. I really doubt that a man with four wives could possibly love each one of them in the way my wife and I love each other. If you have a problem with what Anne says, please address what she actually says and not some straw man/woman you have set up yourself.
The comment you made about Anne not having a choice who enters her home and bedroom implies that anyone can break into her home and rape her at any time they want simply because you disagree with her ideas. Mary, the comment you made is racist,sexist, and irresponsible - as well as the obvious of being inaccurate.

A Teacher walk into a classroom and this is what happened
Teacher : Listen children, I a young woman and a good teacher
Students: (Listened attentively)
Teacher : #%%**^%$%&^##@@$%^#**(&%#&*#@@#%$%$% (HURL ABUSE AT STUDENT)
Teacher left the classroom and expect students to give her a standing ovation.
(END of Act I)
Act II
Students react and retaliate:
Students: @$#%*%&$#^*%#^@&&%&$*&*(returned the abuse)
Students left the classroom and expect the teacher to come back with more abuse.
Act III
The next day, as expected the teacher came in with more abuses
Teacher :@%#$#@&$&#^%@&^%$#%^@$##@$#$@%^#%%%%%%@ at her students.
This time around the students grew wiser and simply replied
Look Missy, you said you were a good teacher, but you walked into a classroom abused students for no apparent reason at all and expect the students to give you a standing ovation, but when students retaliate, you came back with more abuse and to the extend of calling your students a #####.
