I'm grateful that this has not prevented me from getting a full time job, and having fun with my students, colleague teachers and admin staff. During my first month on the job, occasionally people just did not know how to interact with me. It was hard. BUT, things got better. My message to other non-white teachers in Korea, if you made it this far don't give up, keep trying. Theres a job for everyone.
